Robert Greenwald explains to Fox “News” anchor why Senators Barack Obama and John Edwards don’t bother going on Fox…
And here we thought conservatives liked the whole ‘Just ignore your enemies … don’t evah talk to them!’ strategery. Congrats to Fox for turning themselves into complete parodies of their own joke of a Goebbels network — and God Bless America that our First Amendment gives them the right to do just that and the rest of us the right to point it out to them.

Obama is over his head as a Senator…he can’t even be bothered to show up and vote. He needs more bearing.
Edwards…yeah, socialist pegs him pretty well. He should embrace it proudly. Nothing wrong with being a socialist.

Dave, The “can’t show up to vote” epithet is weak as all get out… Many of the votes missed are naming post offices after people as it is (yes, I know the candidates, R and D, have also missed some important votes too — they can thank Sen. Reid’s scheduling for that).
I agree that running for office while already in another office causes problems. But clearly that happens on all sides of the aisle and the only people who ever seem to have a problem with it are those folks who wouldn’t vote for that particular candidate in the first place.
Besides, it’s not like Obama has been absent 100% of the time. He is making votes, but the Senate’s not going to stop working just because half a dozen or so Senators are, or were, running for president (both D and R). Same goes for state capitols in the case of governors who run.
